urine color says about your health.
Well most people do not pay attention to their urine, which
is okay but did you know through your urine you can know the state at which
your body is in
Dark yellow or brown color.
If you happen to notice this color of urine it shows that
your body is dehydrated and you need to take a lot of fluids. This usually
happens when you move from a cold area or a normal temperature area to a hot
are.
If perhaps you’ve been hydrating and there’s no change in
the color the it’s advisable that you see a doctor.
Yellow urine color.
This is the normal urine color, but still you have to stay
hydrated you do not want to strains your kidneys.
Clear urine
This is, as a result of taking excess water
Bloody urine color.
This is not a good sign, if you happen to see blood in your
urine, you should get checked.
For the ladies in the menstrual periods this might happen a
couple of times., nothing to worry about
unless it goes on for a while, the you
should make an appointment with the doctor.
The rest if you’re seeing blood in your urine please don’t
assume just go and get checked by a doctor.
